Shipping:

FREE to the Contiguous 48 States on orders over $100.

A signature will be required on all shipments. You must inspect the inside and outside of your package for damage BEFORE SIGNING OR THE DRIVER LEAVES.  If there is damage DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs.

Two Day Shipping – Orders will be shipped within TWO business days for all orders placed before 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time as long as items are in stock.  In the rare occasion that an item is not in stock a representative from All About Faucets will contact you to set up a delivery date.

We offer USPS International Shipping on some purchases. Please email us for a shipping quote.

!!!Canadian Customers PLEASE be aware that shipping costs to Canada are for actual shipping only and do not include any cross border duties, taxes or fees. 

All About Faucets makes every effort to use the best packing materials possible. On rare occasions a product may get damaged during shipping.  All packages leaving our warehouse are insured for the value of their contents.  PLEASE NOTE: it is the buyer's responsibility to check all products received as outlined in the Product Inspections section. If any shipping/fulfillment errors are made by All About Faucets, please contact us via email so that we can resolve the problem: dave@allaboutfaucets.com

Product Inspections
We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. But, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping.  Please follow the guidelines below for inspection of your package(s):

If there is any damage, visible or not, you have 3 days to contact us to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, a claim can no longer be filed and the merchandise becomes your property; we cannot replace it or reimburse you for the cost of the items. 

Liability

Customers have the duty to insure that products ordered and delivered meet the requirements of installation.  Do not alter or begin installation unless you are sure you have the correct product, free from damage. We are not liable for incidental, consequential or related liability that exceeds the replacement cost of the parts which are provided under the manufacturer's warranty.

We offer quality products and work hard to provide fast and accurate service. If your order arrives damaged or wrong in any way, we will work to promptly rectify the situation. We will refund or replace any items in this situation, pending availability. Your items will be reshipped using the same shipping method originally used. If customer desires expedited shipping, it is their responsibility to pay the difference.

We strongly recommend that customers refrain from scheduling a plumber, installer, or any other professional until they have their items in their possession. We are not liable for incidental, consequential or related liability that exceeds the replacement cost of the parts which are provided under the manufacturer's warranty, including plumber/installer costs and rescheduling fees. This includes situations where an item arrives damaged, broken, delayed, or wrong in any way.

Cancellations

We do our best to ship out your order the same day it is received or the next business day. If you have placed an order that you desire to cancel, please email us immediately: dave@allaboutfacuets.com.   If the product has not been shipped we will proceed with the cancellation.  If the product has shipped, our Return Policy will be in effect.  Special Orders CANNOT be cancelled.

 Returns

  • Merchandise must be returned in a saleable condition: complete in original packaging, unused, and free from damage.  Non-defective return products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • For health reasons toilet seats cannot be returned.
  • Any package that is refused by recipient before contacting All About Faucets is subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer will be charged for the return shipping fees.
  • Special Orders are NOT returnable!
  • Installed MAY NOT be returned.
  • Returns must be made no later than 10 days from date of product receipt.
  • Faucets, Fixtures and More  does not pay for return shipping. The Buyer is responsible for insuring return shipments and is liable for damaged products – Be certain to insure the return package. .
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Any items that are refused by the recipient will have the shipping charged to the recipients account. This includes the cost of the outgoing shipping and return shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • In rare instances products are shipped defective from the manufacturer, or the wrong item is shipped. Please do not send the item back to us without informing us of the situation.

Defective products must be returned as follows: contact the manufacturer for an RGA number at (630) 679-1420. They will authorize the return to their address: 2500 International Parkway, Woodridge Parkway, IL 60517.
